I ordered a facial trimmer on jiomart and it got delivered on 2 Feb. I tried to use but it never worked I looked into manual and nothing was wrong. So I raised a complaint regarding it on jiomart since i coupdnt see return option. And the resolution date got delayed over and over again. And whenever I called an executive they just said please be patient we will look into the concern.
Yesterday it was 8 day and I got really pissed so I called up an executive and said I want a resolution now
I got a mail then saying that according to our policy refund request is rejected. U know on other websites for electronics product they send an executive home to check and they accept or reject return and not just on emails it’s done.
And I’m asking for a return for it like take it see for urself then give me a refund. Not asking for refund directly I mean . Just coz it doesn’t work u can’t reject the return coz u send a defective product it’s the jiomarts responsibility to take it back and give me ebck my money
And it’s not the first time I had ordered 4 tops and 3 tops were missing from it and that time also they said according to policy we cabt refund you. They didn’t send the product noether did they gave me back my money
