I have launched two complaints with RCom customer care under complaint nos. 252243658 dt. 25-11-16 and 25385945 dt. 21-01-17 reporting the network issue. This was also checked and confirmed by RCom service engineer.
Subsequently I exchanged emails with RCom appellate authority for resolution of network issue and as per their request granted them requisite time (120 days) for resolution of the network problem. The deadline expired on 06-08-17.In the meantime I had exchanged several emails with RCom appellate authority on the subject. The response remained the same standard reply.
The last email from RCom appellate authority on the subject was on 31-05-17 with the same contents mentioning that the network issue will be resolved soon.
Thereafter my emails dt. 01-08-2017 and 19-09-17 remain unanswered so far. This is sheer deficiency in customer service. I had asked for refund of amount paid to obtain the 4G dongle and also towards lifetime recharge.However RCom appellate authority has declined both the claims.
I need immediate redressal of the network issue or full refund of the amount invested towards lifetime recharge and 4G dongle.
