I am using Reliance DTH from last 7-8 yrs and i have renewed my yearly subscription pack on Nov-18 and now from last 4 weeks TV screen is showing “No Signal” i.e 400 error. whenever i will call to customer care then they will share me the date of activation of services, but every-time they are keep on changing the service activation date. i am totally freed-up with this kind of non-sence services from Reliance DTH. i also have written mail to Nodal office, but that was goes in vain… these people are making money and don’t care attitude towards customer satisfaction.
