Complaint regarding Reliance JIO internet speed

Currently I’m using Jio sim and facing the speed issue at the above mentioned address.. I’m barely having a speed of 50kbps, which is absolutely not a 4G speed. I recently recharged with 399, which is waste of money at that speed. I contacted jio care, registered a Complaint there. They suggested me wait for 120 days, because they’re enhancing the network. I don’t know what to do now. I don’t want my money to be wasted.. Please help for the betterment of 4G network..

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
