Complaint regarding Reliance recharge benefits

Firstly I recharged my reliance number 8xxxxxxxxxx8 with rupees 93 according to reliance offer I should get 1gb 3G data per day but I got it for only 5 days. I complained against it they told me that the problem will solve under 2 days but I didn’t got my data balance. After that neither I got solution of my problem neither my call is accepted by reliance consumer care number 198.
Again I recharged my reliance number 8xxxxxxxxxx8 with rupees 70. According to reliance offer I got 56.36 rupees and 1gb 2G data per day for 1 year. But today when I do my data connection on it didn’t start and even my 108 rupees that was available in my reliance number was also cut.
My call is not attended by reliance consumer care number so I sent many mails to reliance customer care email ID but I didn’t got any response.
