Complaint regarding request for change in D2H base package

Change of base package in d2h. Value: 50. I made request to customer care 3 times to change my d2h base package to GOLD KIDS but after repeated complaint they only close my complaint after 24 hrs but they did not change my package till now. My customer id 4335813

Refund from Quikr – Rs.3,000 – Ms Vaishali Yadav, Katra, Banda, UP paid Rs 3000 to Quikr for premium ads service to get buyers at maximum price all over the world. But after the payment there was response from Quikr. Neither they were receiving calls nor responding to emails.
