Complaint regarding retailer charging extra than MRP

I visited a cafe named caffeine bbsr located near my hostel. I bought a bottle of mineral water to which they charged more than the MRP claiming that we are adding extra money for the transportation. The MRP was 10Rs but they charged 15Rs. I mean how far is this justified? Of not kindly take some actions against the cafe

Refund from Shopclues – Rs.15,990/- : Amit Kumar Nath of Surapet, Vinayagapuram ordered a 32 inch samsung LED tv on shopclues.com on 23rd Jan,2016. vide order no 873104317. As per shopclues the material was shipped through beacon surface carrier and expected delivery date date was between 6th feb, 2016 to 9th feb,2016.
