Order placed on 24th July Delivered on 1st Aug.We did not like the final product. When we tried to return it on mobile app, there was no option for return/refund on mobile app. When talked with customer care , got this response ” since you had used point system and agreed to a pop up, so return option will not come”. I talked to customer care multiple times but always same answer. Point system is a reward, not a forced system. It never happens that using point system and a pop up, return option will not be visible.
