Complaint regarding return of dress ordered on AJIO

I ordered a flared kurta set on 6th September 2023 from a brand called Limdo and the quality in which I received them was worst. The colour and the quality of the dress was horrible…. So i decided to return them but the return pickup agent refused to accept the dress as it had no tags on them. To clarify I didn’t receive the dress with any tags and i assured the agent that but he refused to accept the return, It was just folded in a cover along with ajio sealed pack. The agent suggested to contact the customer care and I did but it changed nothing.This whole incident ruined online shopping experience for me.

Please just take immediate action and I request to refund my money.
