This is to certify that I have installed a Jiofibre connection in my residence on 21/12/2022. But due to several flaws and inefficacy of the network and the jio team I have decided to suspend my connection which I have also reported to the customer care on 22/12/2022 to forthwith unsubscribe me from your Jiofibre services. They have intimated me with a text message that your device will be picked up within a week and your refund will reflect in 14 days. I have waited for such period. After that I have once again contacted their support to esclate my issue on urgency basis so they have issued a new complaint of it rather to resolve with the older one . Again they said to wait for the same duration and I still waited. Today I have called them, they again started with their same nuisance talks to wait as their agents are busy somewhere else. So I request from this honorable forum to please take some action so that I could avail my remedy easily
