Complaint regarding return pick-up not done by AJIO

I have ordered a 2 pairs of flipflops from ajio on 8 th may which was delivered to me on 12th may and i also raised a return request towards the ajio because the product was not looking good on me. Since it’s being 40 days i had put the return request still no delivery agent had came to pickup it and a also reached with customer service the always told that they have placed a new request but no resolution and not anyone had came to pickup. I have called them almost 20-25 times but since no resolution. I am student and i had a need of money, but still they have blocked my Rs3218 which is nowadays where essential to me to pay my expenses. And till today I have placed the return request 7 times.
