They had huge sale on 27th July. I had made several purchases at that time. They had delivered me wrong product and now they are not responding to exchange and replace the product. Its been many days they are not picking up the product. There intentions are not willing to refund or solve issue. One of the order was delivered to me but when I was willing to return it they are declaring the product was not delivered. I’m tired of mailing them and calling them, they are not responding and time is passing by. Then they will cheat me and say that you can’t return product as its not returnable. They misplaces products , they don’t deliver and declare delivered, misbehave or create nuisance . Pls help me to resolve my issue with Jabong.

This is exactly what they did to me. After mailing them repeated times they keep saying they will initiate my refund within one business day. I am also going to launch a complaint. I hope you get your money back.
