I bought Ricoh sp111 printer from amazon .com along with Onsitego extended warranty of 1 year (from Feb 2019 to Feb 2020). now my printer have issues and checked by onsitego, but they are not able to repair the printer.. as per terms and condition they have to replace my printer , i got a sms on 7th August 2019, from onsitego that they will replace my printer, on second day i got a call from onsitego that they are unableto provide replacement printer and they will provide me gift voucher of amazon of worth rs 4350/- which was the purchase price,
but i dont want amazon voucher as now in current market no printer of same specifications is available in this price range as printer companies not providing discount as it was at the time of purchase, so i am not able to purchase the printer at more then double price..
as per terms and conditions , onsitego have to provide replacement of similer kind of printer or equallent specifications printer…no where is mentioned that they will refund in voucher of same price..a per terms and conditions either they should provide me equaller specification printer or current market rate of similer specifications printer or MRP of current printer.
seeking help as soon as possible, as i am bearing loss of 108/- everyday for printing worksheets……which should be remitt by onsitego as delay charges
