Complaint regarding RMK Builders

Builder not doing registration of the plot. Value: 5.6 lk. I have booked a plot in malur form RMK Builders, KR Puram, Bangalore on aug 2014 with given a token amount of 2lk. they are still negotiating on registration of the property or neither they are returning the money. what to do, how to get the money from them?

Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company.
