Complaint regarding rude behaviour of UBER

This complaint is against the UBER driver, Mr. Sxxxxxh. I had booked a ride using the UBER app at 17:30 Hrs on 22/09/18 and the payment option was given as online payment. This driver didn’t start the ride when he came to know that I am making online payment instead of cash. He rudely told me to get out of the car and get another ride. He also cancelled this ride. When I complained about this issue to the customer care of UBER I got a reply that I was not charged for cancellation fee and so there is no outstanding issue. This reply from the customer care personal is shocking as the issue is about a rude driver, deboarding the passenger in the middle of the road, while UBER takes it as a trivial matter. Serious action should be taken against such drivers and incompetent customer care personal that bring the name of a multinational company like UBER into disrepute. Registration number KL-42 L 9096
