I placed an order on 9th Feb, 2019 with Instagram page @the_99_shop. Since then I have been facing trouble with them. After 10 days of wait I messaged them asking the status of my order but I didn’t receive any response. Again I kept following up for another almost 10 days and finally received a reply on 25th Feb, 2019. They asked me to ask for tracking from their customer care number 9735044189. I messaged on the number for around 5-6 days and I came to know that my parcel was not dispatched due to some miscommunication within the company. They assured that they would ship it in a weeks time.
Finally I received the product on 23rd March, and that too they sent in a wrong item. It is missing one item and is completely different from what I had asked for.
Now they are not replying and are being rude when I asked them for a refund for sending the wrong item.
Can someone please help me with this?
