I have purchased the samsung S7 Edge 01/04.2017 from Kumar opticals and Mobile shop. After using sometime i got an accident and my mobile screen broken then i went to service centre and service centre person replied me the display screen has to be changed so i told them please changed the screen and for that i had paid approx. Rs 12000/- just for the display screen but after receiving the mobile from the service centre i realise that there was some problem in mobile display again ( i.e display blank) during usage then i went again onto the service centre and tell them my problems. i told them i had paid 12000 for the display and even then i was facing the display problem , whenever i use my mobile i got the same issue , the screen got blanked and at that time service person said we need to check the mobile again so i told to check again . After some time when i went to the service centre they told me to change the display again then i said please change but at this time i clear them if i got the same issue again i will go the higher authority they replied you will not get any problem just believe us, these are words by samsung service centre. After some time i got a call from service centre please collect your mobile now it is working properly and i went there and collected my mobile but after sometime again when i was using the mobile i got the same issue screen blanked and at this time my temper was too high and then i visited the service centre again and at this time service centre person said we had to check and will let u know . after sometime they said they need to change the mother board and at that time i was very fed up with service centre and getting the same problem 3 times but even then i gave them to change the mother board but after changing the mother board i got the same issue screen blank , again i went to the service centre they never told me the exact problem they checked again and format my phone and said you will not get the display issue now but after using the mobile i got the same issue and now i want from Samsung to change my mobile or to refund my money because spending too much money on the mobile set on highly reputed mobile company and but even then if got the problem then what will be the benefit of purchase the branded mobile sets like Samsung. so its my request to escalate the issue and resolve my grievance as soon as possible.
