I have purchased a samsung washing machine model WF600BOBHWQ/TL for rs 26500 on 26.08.2017. After the 4 th time use, the machine upset. When contacted the customer care through mail and through other form of efforts, no response from them. They have simply stated to pay about 8000 for the main cable destroyed by rat. We have suffered mentally and unable to pay such a amount in a very shot time span. WE have not been informed about the rat protection facilities either by the manufacturer or by the seller. Even the service personal were not been informed , as we are literally un aware we need to replace the cable at their own cost. Pray justice.
