I am from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh I was bullied & harassed by an organisation resumefilling.com. I want to bring to your notice an ongoing scam & fraudulent activities doing by company NAME : RESUME FILLING, based in Surat, Gujarat as mentioned on their website resumefilling.com. They call me for free lancing work of resume filling on 11/09/2020 and as per agreement send by them I have to fill 600 Resume in period of 1 month from date of joining. But just after 10 days they send a false legal notice claiming ?6500 + GST as damage for not completing work their work and send me some link of razorpay for payment which I attached here : Resume Filling has requested payment of INR 7800.00. You can pay through this link: https://rzp.io/i/S6mim80 When I asked them for giving me bank account details of their Company the person cut my call instantly. Herewith is email their legal department send me. (Hi, Date: 21/09/2020 Name: freelancer LETTER OF DEMAND We are writing in reference to the contract with our clients Resume filling. We are advising you to pay the charges of the portal which you have used intentionally and failed to deliver the output which was required in the contract. Now we can proceed legally as per the sec 72 under Indian contract act 1872. Kindly clear the dues towards our clients in the below account details and resolve this matter at the earliest to avoid law suit. Now, as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the legal agreement you are supposed to pay the charges of Rs 6500 + GST as soon as possible to the below mentioned account. This will be your final opportunity to resolve the matter without the expense of court proceedings. If you fail to clear the matter then the company may take legal actions against you. For the same, we will be serving you the legal notice to your postal address against which you have to revert legally and we do have your ADAHAR card details with us so, we can deteriorate your CIBIL rating as well in course of non-submission of your penalty amount. You can find lots of issues with your banking procedures also then. As soon as you will pay the amount you will get NOC (No objection certificate) & GST INVOICE from our company.
Please help me regarding this cyber crime happened with me and many like me. Please do the needful as soon as possible so no innocent get bullied and mental harassed like me by these cyber goons.

I also enrolled for the resume filling. It was on indeed website,so I taught it might be genuine company. I have signed the agreement and they have copy of adhar card.What shall I do now?
Hi, I have also just registered with them, thought they are genuine, but immediately I asked them to not process anything or cancel my registration for now. I am afraid now if in case they start any process after denying and take any action as I have shared my Adhar card with them.

Hi i m sravani. For me also got call from this company. I registered today only I want to quit from from this. Then I asked to them to cancel my registration they asked me to pay the penalty charges. I don’t want to pay because I saw your comments and understand that it’s a fraud company
Resume to fill company from gujrat has falsely taken an agreement from me for filling resume and paying the dues if not done so Within 7 days.
On asking them to terminate the contract on first day they are not ready to do so.

Same thing happened with me. They are calling me , messaging me in watsapp n sms everyday and asking me to pay. I have not paid anything so far but how many different numbers can I block? Is there a way that I can straight tell them that there are 100 complaints against them and I m not joining the list of them fooling people .

I also faced same issue with resumefilling.com He asked some details of mine i sent those details after that he sent me an aggrement on which i had to sign but after sending those aggrement i received a mail that now you can start your work when i checked that aggrement my signed (my name) was mentioned on that i asked him that you guys are totally ? He said no we are not then i told him that i didn’t sign on it after that he started saying that when you opened that link u signed it and it was client demant means he just want money.. when i told him that i won’t do the work he said you need to pay some kind of amount.. i blocked him number and mail too ..
But really want to know that will he able to send any legal notice to me ?

I got a message of freelancing. The person gave me the agreement details and their Software does not work at all. And I was not able to complete it now advocates are calling back n back

Even I got a message from them for freelance. I signed the agreement but I am not able to complete the work. So?, wanted to quit it. They are telling you need pay for the portal to delete you account or I will send 4 more jobs which will be 4 times that portal fee. If I don’t pay they will file a case and make me come to Surat court. Iam really sacred. It was not us who applied for that work. They come forward to us and make us accept it and now it happens like this. Can’t we do anything against these fraudulent companies like them?
