Complaint regarding service from ACT broadband

I upgraded my plan about 2 weeks ago , I order to use the new plan effectively I need a new router , router request was made with the plan change. It’s been 2 weeks not a single response from their side , I’ve been calling everyday but they keep telling the same thing that I’ll get the router the next day. The service executives a very rude . ACT the worst ever customer care .

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
