I have been using dvois internet connection from very long time. I renewed my annual package on 27 January ,2018 . Internet service was good up untill 2nd week of May. I am using regular connection issues and whenever I try to connect with customer care, I have always got delayed response and not a permanent resolution. This issue is occurring on almost every alternate day. I have paid ?4200 for this connection and still not getting a proper service and it is almost like if company is conning.
