Complaint regarding service from Indane Gas Agent

Issue with transferring my gas connection – agent asking to by accessories

I contacted M/s. MJV Indane Gas Agency for transferring my gas connection from another agency. They refused to accept my Aadhaar as POI and POA document. They asked me to by accessories. They even refused to provide the Field Officer’s number for complaining.

Request you to sensitise the distributor to strictly follow the procedures laid out by IOCL.
