Complaint regarding service from kaamwaalijobs.com, and no refund

Regarding refund amount from kaamwaalijobs.com which is 18000.

Contract was made on 31st May 2024 by lady named Sxxxxa Qxxxxxi, as discussed she told me she will provide maid in 2 days and that too as per my requirement. Waited for 2 weeks and simply she was saying after interviewing 1-2 bái that they are coming today and no one turned up after multiple follow ups . Now after multiple follow ups they are not refunding single amount and talking bad also.
