No service from Nobroker after freedom plan recharge

Complaint regarding service from Nobroker after freedom recharge

Complaint against Nobroker. Value: 1299
I have done a recharge for 1299 for freedom plan at Nobroker app on 9th July 2024 and to till date I am not able to use the service. Raised complaint multiple times to their customer care team but got a very casual reply saying there is some technical issues at their website. Unable.to.use service despite paying money and when I asked for refund they said it is not possible.
