Complaint regarding service of Honda Hornet bike

I have purchased Honda hornet bike 160r on dated 28th march 2017 from DURGA AUTOMOBILES, NH 31 , HARNAUT,NALANDA ,BIHAR. On dated 3rd July 2017 I send my bike to the showroom DURGA AUTOMOBILES for servicing. He changed oil and air filter also checked for mileage and pickup problems. On next day I saw petrol was leakage problem from my bike. Fuel was fully empty and engine was not starting. I take my bike to the showroom. Even mechanic failed to check the problem. When he opened the lower engine vault almost around 7 litres of petrol came out of my engine. After that showroom owner told me that technical team will come to see your bike. I have complained on 4th July and on 6th of July on query they are saying that technical team has taken your bike to patna. I questioned at which showroom they have taken my bike at patna then they just reply I don’t know. They are not giving any information about my bike . Also on asking for help by providing any bike so that I can carry out my job work they are refusing. Please help me out.
