I had brougth a Llyod Window ac last year in June 2021 and from last February 2022 my ac is having some problem 4-5 times there technician has visited my place they check it and say that call us after 2 days we will escalate this issue but they do not respond to my calls after 2 days. There is a issue in the compressor and they keep denying to change it. From last three days I have raised a new ticket they assigned a technician but he is not visiting also the company is not taking any action against him. My pet is not well because of the hear temperature. There is 1 year warranty of my product which company is not agreeing and not replacing the AC. I am tired of keep contacting them and this is so disapponting. They should provide service to the customer. By facing these issues at last I am raising this issue with consumer forum.
