I would like to raise the issue regarding ubereats services lately. I orderd 2-3 times from UberEats and first they said the order will get delivered in the stipulated time but it didn’t and they increased the time and then finally when I again called they cancelled the order and assured me it will not happen again. This issue has been appearing for 3-4 times now and I am always promised that it will not happen again and again. They also on purpose make us wait for more hold time so that we automatically cut the call. When I asked for concession they simply denied.
