Complaint regarding services for Robotouch massage chair

I I had raised a complaint regarding the massage chair to Robotouch on 2nd July 2023. The concern is the massage chair cushion is torn and the model of the chair is Arena. I have been in constant touch with the customer service but they are not taking the issue seriously. I have even informed them the chair is used by a patient and it is causing severe inconvenience to use. I was assured the earliest response but in vain. Please take action because I am suffering a lot due to their delay in services and fake promises. I am attaching the copy of the bill along with pictures for your perusal. The chair is under warranty and it’s been 1 month and 11 days from my complaint and they are not bothered to resolve the issue. They are blaming the logistics for not getting the stock cleared. I don’t understand what kind of company is this? Please do take necessary action because I believe they are just dragging the situation so that they can charge me money as chair warranty would expire by 22/Oct/2023.
