I have paid an amount of Rs. 4500 for a cook on 31st July, 2023. I was assured that a cook would come from next day i.e 1st Aug,23. I told them specifically that I need someone from Malad itself. However the first mail given to me was from Virar and she refused to come. I tried reaching them since 6:15 in the evening but nobody responded to my calls or messages. Next day as well the same thing happened. This was very suspicious as On 31st July when they wanted payment from me they were responding to my messages till 11:30 pm. As soon as payment was made they stop responding. On 3rd August I told them that if I don’t get a maid today or I don’t like the food she cooks I wish to terminate your services and would want a refund of the money paid. They agreed and sent a maid that evening. Since I did not like the food she cooked on 4th I informed them to discontinue the service.
I have sent a mail to them on 7th August and have not received any reply till date. I have been messaging them on WhatsApp as well.
Hence I wish to file a complaint against Aradhana maid service agency.
