Complaint regarding services from Bharath Matrimony

I have paid an amount of Rupees 3900/- on 19th July 2022, for the upgradation of the profile in Bharath Matrimony. All the process of payment was done by the instruction of their own executive. I done the payment through Gpay and got successful response from them. We waited for one day for upgradation of the profile, but it didn’t worked. Afterwards I contacted Bharath Matrimony several times and they were saying like the amount has not been credited to their bank account, the payment has been failed is shown from their end. So again I contacted my own bank(ICICI) from which the money has debited and they given all the proof including the reference number stating that the money got debited to Bharath Matrimony Axis bank bank account. It’s been more than a week now, still when we contact the customer support they are saying that it’s showing failed transaction.
