Complaint regarding services from driving school

There is a car driving  School and I got contact through google listing.
I went on 29 Feb  2020 and paid the fees which was 2100 , then 0n 7 th march  he asked for 2000 rupee more by saying he stuck somewhere and he didn’t have cash so he asked for 2000 through paytm and promised to return it back on the next day, he never returned , on  11 th  of march while i was practising the car  driving one girl and her mother were argueing  with him and asking their fees back after his first class because they claimed “he is drunk while teaching the girl that is why she does not want to continue.” which is true cause he was drunk when he taught me as well  so he again put pressure on me and took 1500 cash and returned to the girl. its been 2.5 years I have been asking for money but he never returned , also misbehaves with me . car driving  School name “Ved Prakash  Tiwary Driving Classes”
