Complaint regarding services from ghar pe shiksha

Complaint against ghar pe shiksha. Value: 3000. I have enrolled for their plan by giving Rs 3000 after that they stopped answering my calls and if they pick tgey say we are trying to resolve issue, it has been 4 days no progress is made . I want to sue them for this fraud and want my money back

While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company.
