Complaint regarding services from GO Mechanic

I have given my vehicle four wheeler to GO Mechanic for a periodic service and some parts to be replaced by paying additional charges than that of a combo that I have got. As the engine oil that is mentioned in their specific portal/app to be provided to a customer was of MOBIL Company but what they are just pouring was of some local company which by default I saw while entering their Garage. Another issue was the wiper blades was also included in my package which I have opted for but due to non-availability of that product they have mentioned on their jobcard that customer was not intrested and was having no time to get it replaced.So I request this forum to please help me out and make my amount refunded in full
