Complaint regarding services from Mahesh Tutorial Institute

I had taken admission for my Daughter in Mahesh Tutorial Institute, Vashi Branch for 2023-24 year of 10th Std. CBSE and paid fees of Rs. 48000. At start they given over the top commitments. So, commitments they given like Will look after your kid’s progress and will take weekly exams and quaterly exams. Will keep track record of your kid’s progress. But after first 4-5 months, teacher stop coming to classes to solve students queries. Employees in the class don’t look after students issues. They taken exams but till now no answer sheets given to students or parents to understand their progress. As parents I reached so many times in their class but no assured help provided by them.

There are 2 people who are managing this Vashi branch. both of them are fooling parents and giving random reasons for their failure. Please help me to refund my fees. Thank you.
