Complaint regarding services from Nobroker

Services did not delivered and charges got deducted. Value: 2596

I asked NoBroker  that transfer the 200000 rs from my credit card to the given account no for tution fee. So, suddenly, their so called AI got enlightened that there is some sense of fraud. They asked me to submit some proof of the tution fee/education fee. I told them that I will provide it to you once the amount will get transferred. Which center can provide you the bill before providing you. So, I asked them to refund my money. They did it except the amount of services that is 2596 rs. I want that money back.
