Complaint regarding services from Vahathi driving school

I had a terrible experience with Vahathi driving school. I wanted to change the number of my vehicle. For that they charged 7000 and told that we will get it within 20 days. 7 months passed only thing he does is blame government or rto staffs. He keep on telling come Friday next Monday it will be ready. Once we go (he doesn’t pick call and the staffs doesn’t no anything). Repeating this I called rto and enquired. I was shocked to know that the application is not processed as the driving school didn’t pay any fees for the same and they requested me to apply directly. Now vahathi is not returning my money or my original rc. Now he is bullying me.
