Complaint regarding services on hold by Vodafone

Availaing Vodafone services from more than a year and paying all bills on time. No pending amount . Despite of this they suspended my mobile services 12 days back by stating that there is a pending amount.
I have called customer care and they informed there is no pending amount and same message i have received i n mail also. on 10th March 2020.they again sent a mail by stating that Amount of Rs.937/- pending .
When i aksed for bills and jusitfication they did not have any answer nor able to provide any clue.

11th March ‘2020 i have visited vodafone centre at Sec-50,Noida to enquire about pedning amount but they couldnt able to share bill and any clarification and saying it is 1 year old bills.

Please help me in this case , as i am using this number since 2013 and started with vodafone only.
I have port this number – Voda fone to Airtel
Airtel to Idea
Idea to Vodafone again due to poor connectiveity issue in my area. My Vodafone Postpaid Number- 95xxxxxxx6
