I had undertaken Mayalsia tour (Langkawi & Kuala lmpur) for myself and my wife from 11 June 2018 to 17 June 2018. The tour was booked by Rose Tours & Travels, (and their sister firm YG Travels, Delhi ), 78, Mohan Singh Place, Connaught Place, New Delhi.
1) They took the whole amount in advance.
2) The service provided was very poor and unprofessional. No satisfactory response to queries once we had boarded the filghts.
3) Incorrect Itinerary was provided.
4) We had to wait on the destination airports for hours due to incorrect itinerary with the pick up agents.
5) No details of tourist spots covered in the package was provided.
6) No one came to pick up for the airport inspite of the fact that drop services were included in the package. Had to undertake local travel at my own expense.
7) I had to call India to co-ordinate for the services many times.
8) The tourist spots covered in the package was worthless compared to the amount charged. Had taken most of the city tours at own expense.
9) Their vendor Vxxxxxh got our photos clicked without our knowledge.
10) They are now not providing proper signed invoices for the package inspite of reminders. No response to emails written by me.
11) We were overcharged. An amount of Rs. 1,08,620/- which is very high compared to the market price. Better packages available at much lesser prices.
12) Pathetic Service (infact no service). No response/delayed response on every matter even by the Agency owner
