I purchased Microwave Owen from Galanz on 31-10-2022 (Invoice attached). It stopped the microwave heating function and contacted customer care on the Toll-free number: 1-800-102-4837 .
They sent the Service Engineer on Feb 8, 2024. The service Engineer charged Rs 550 and told me his company would send the part under which is under warranty and he would complete the service in one or two weeks. But still after 30 days there was no response, I contacted customer care and later got the service centre manager’s contact number.
After a few days and several contact attempts, they told me that the part was not available at their company.
I have called Galanz several times and every time they say that the service centre will do the service in 2 days, they do nothing. The service centre manager is not even picking up my phone.
I request that Galanz and their service centre fix the faulty product at the earliest or refund my money.
