I took a 6 months net plus connection after making the payment. At the time of installation they said I can shift the connection if required in future. However, for the past 10 days I am requesting the customer care but they simply say they will do. However, no engineer has visited and the shifting is yet to be done. And now the call centre is not picking up my calls. Please solve my issue.
