Complaint details:
I ordered on 25-09-2021 & received the groceries on 26-09-2021 but form the list of the groceries one item is short and one item Qty is not matching as per order.
Toor Dal Premium 1Kg Price 106/- missing and instead of Gillette-Cartridges Venus Breeze 1 Qty (3PC) price 340.00/- I received Gillette-Cartridges Venus Breeze 1 Qty (2PC).
I rose complaint several time for missing and mismatching of goods through customer care number which was given in site ‘18002662255’.
They told that we forwarded to store and store personal will contact you soon but I didn’t received any call from store even after raising the same complaint several time but i received mail communications as complaint has been resolved.
I am enclosing all the evidence I have, please go through it if time permits.
I request the India consumer Form to take a action against the Big Bazaar for ignorance on customer problems and carelessness.
