I had ordered a few items from Jabong which included 2 packs of 2 boxer shorts, earrings etc. I only received 1 pack of 2 boxer shorts whilst I had paid for 2. With one pair of earrings I only received one piece. I have sent all the proofs of these to Jabong and they have accepted that the pair of boxer shorts were sent out separately. However, I haven’t received any refund till date. Whenever I message them, they ask for more time for complaint resolution as “the matter has been escalated”. Jabong is hoping that by delaying the refund, they will get away with it and looking at the amount of complaints against them I am not the only aggrieved party. Please help us consumers take these corporates to the cleaners for their shoddy services.
