This complain is with regard to Reliance JIO mobile 4G prepaid internet. Since last 1 year it has been observed that there are fluctuations and overall a very slow speed 4G internet in our area i.e. Achole.
I am having a prepaid SIM which used to work very well until a year before. Since the introduction of 5G the 4G speed seems to be neglected by Reliance JIO, which is absolutely not fair. We are paying them in advance for 4G and getting less than 2G speed. We are suffering a lot while doing online banking due to funds getting stucked everytime for atleast 24 to 48 hours.
I request the authorities to take appropriate action against them.
