Complaint regarding Snapdeal sharing contact details

I ordered first time from Snapdeal using my mobile 879****904, I received one item from Snapdeal and within 2 days I started getting call with name of Snapdeal from the number 8969001395 and the guy on call tried to get my account details by giving fake lucky draw message. On refusing he sexually abused me by using abused language. I am giving complaint in police station against Snapdeal for sharing contact details with untrusted parties followed by court case.
