Complaint regarding spice mobile service

Sir i bought mobile phone spice dream Uno in 2014 . The first week I bought it occurs an error and it get hang so I go to service centre.
They reset my phone and phone gets working and thereafter one month after it gets into a loop so it don’t start and then the service centre boy again do factory reset and return it
Since then the problem comes again and again after 1-2 month and I get paying for the reset
I have paid almost 2000 for the reset and now the phone is dead for 2 years and I am unable to do anything
I want my money back for the defective product from spice
I bought it in 6200 and extra spend was 2000
Although I have used it please provide me the phone price only

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
