I am writing an email to Club Mahindra since 27th October, 2023 to surrender Club Membership but till date no favourable resolvance has come. Today through an email they have refused to refund the money in full or partial. Even, they are still advising me to transfer the said membership to your relatives, family members etc. Sir/Madam, why they refusing to refund my harden earned money till date even they are enjoying my mine till today as till date Club Mahindra hasn’t incurred any single penny on me, it means no cost to the Club Mahindra .
In this regard, it is a humble request to please accept my request to surrender the above mentioned Bliss membership of Club Mahindra on immediate basis. The amount which I have paid i.e. Rs.78,919/- to get the Membership may please be refunded as soon as possible.
In view of this, you are requested to kindly intervene into the matter favourable and to instruct them to settle the case in my favour will be highly appreciated.
