I took TATA DOCOMO dongle for wireless internet connection and no. is 8xxxxxxx1. It was not working for some reason and have raised complaint with their support, after multiple chase ups one of their executive has called me and as per his guidance
1) i had to try the dongle in my friend laptop
2) then on the following the same executive is supposed to call me and gave resolution on the same – but he has never called me.
After waiting for so long, i have decided to cancel the connection. I gave request for the same. That i was told that I need to pay 1 week of rental. I was fine with that.
Now I am getting calls from TATA DOCOMO asking me to pay 1 month. When i enquired, my connection was not cancelled. I gave the request number. But I am not getting any resolution for this. Please in this regards
