Complaint regarding theft on Saini Bus service

Saini Bus travelling from Aurangabad to Nagpur on 16th August,2021 evening 9p.m. , there was a detail theft. The person or persons conducting has time as the lock was open – bag was searched with all jewellery and cash- and relock the bag. It was the worst experience. I feel the Saini is responsible for such activity as they have the responsibility. It’s like bag is there but the things inside are missing how is this even possible?? I request the department to look into it and revert back. And hope if my things are returned.
