Complaint regarding ticket booking on Cinepolis

I have booked 5 seats for a movie called Pushpa 2 (hindi) on 9th Dec. 2024 for the date 11th dec. 2024 from the official application of cinepolis. After completing the payment process, my money was debited from my credit card but tickets were not confirmed.

I have mailed this all metter to their official mail id provided on the applicatio but they are not solving my problem

So, I request you to please help me in this.
