We had submitted total amount of Rs.237968/- along with all required documents for membership transfer in 2015. We had also paid arrears of annual maintenance of Rs.47000/- till 2014. We had received confirmation email from Mr. Sxxxxxxd Jxxxxxh who was the team manager, Onsite sales at Virajpeth (Coorg) Karnataka Club Mahindra resort for receiving all payments and required documents on 07/07/2015. He also mentioned that the transfer will take place within a weeks time. It has been more than 2 and 1/2 years now, but the membership is not yet transferred. We are constantly following up with them but they keep on lingering the matter. Please help us to receive our money back with interest and if not than immediate transfer of our membership, by giving credit of No. of days of holidays which we have lost due to their mistake.
